This is a great card to upgrade from integrated. the sound quality is much better.

Pros
1. 5.1 surround
2. Much better sound vs. integrated
3. fits/works in any PCIe slot
4. comes with a low-profile bracket if you need them for a small case
5. 10/10 sound quality

Cons
1. Length, this card is a little bit longer but it shouldn't be a problem
2.ASUS Drivers are CRAP and may need to be reinstalled multiple times. WARNING: i read other reveiws and they said that the driver will screw up a SLI config you may have.
3.its not 7.1 compatable obviously

Overall i would recommend this card. And i also give a Warning that ASUS drivers for this are iffy
